This interactive artwork consists of four dice placed within a mirrored glass tray. Each die is a different colour and contains six phrases, one for each surface. Once rolled the dice can be assembled to inspire the writing of an online post that helps to construct the ideal innovative employee persona online. The blue die decides what platform to use, the red die decides the subject of the post, the yellow die decides who to mention and the green die decides what hashtag to use. The participant can roll these dice repeatedly to generate endless content ideas. The limitations of the dice categories offer a commentary on the formulaic nature of building online personas today. The dice are rolled onto a mirrored glass tray that acts as a prompt, asking participants to consider how their actions online reflect their perceived identities in real world settings.
